Costa has now finished an arrangement that will see him rejoin Atletico in January and he demands he harbors no hard sentiments towards Chelsea.

"I'm not going to be selfish to Chelsea, where I was additionally extremely glad, playing in a group that was extraordinary," the BBC cites Costa as saying.

"Atletico is my home."

"It's not how I would have preferred to leave, ever," Costa said.

"I have unique friendship for the general population at Chelsea. I'm not a man who will spread the picture. They know the individual I am."
